Introduction to the Principles and Concepts of the GDPR
2° Second day
Appointment of the DPO and Review of the GDPR Compliance Program
3° Third day
Operational Responsibilities of the DPO
4° Fourth day
Monitoring and Continuous Improvement of GDPR Compliance
5° Fifth day
GDPR Toolkit (Practical Guide and Analysis)
Educational approach
The course combines theoretical lectures, practical case studies, and targeted exercises to help participants master the responsibilities of a DPO and pass the certification exam.
PECB Certification exam
The exam lasts 3 hours and covers the following areas :
- General Data Protection Regulation and Compliance
- Responsibilities of the DPO
- Data Security and Risk Management
The candidate must score at least 75% overall, with a minimum of 50% in each section.
